View Inactive Message Center Custom Templates

If you deactivate any of your Message Center Custom Templates, use the Templates window controls to make inactive items visible.

Click on the “Message Center” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
Click on the “Templates” tab.
In the “TEMPLATES” window that opens, click on the “Custom” tab below the name of the window.
To view inactive Message Center Custom Templates, activate the “Show Inactive” toggle switch at the top right.
To hide the inactive Message Center Custom Templates, deactivate the “Show Inactive” toggle switch again.
- Inactive templates appear with a light gray background behind their listings.
- NOTE: Inactive Automated Message Center Templates always are visible in the “Automated” list.
