How to Search for a Paid Invoice in the App

Search for a specific paid invoice.

  1. If you aren’t already on the “Home” screen, tap on the bottom menu bar’s “Home” button.
  2. Tap on the “Payments” button. (Your community may have given it a different name.)
  3. On the “Payments” window that opens, tap on the “Payment History” tab.
  4. Tap on the “Date: Any” button to set date parameters for your search. The default is “Any” date. If you do not wish to enter a search date range, do not change the default.
  5. The “Date” window that opens offers two preset options. To choose either “Last 30 Days” or “Last 90 Days,” tap on the radio button for either of those date ranges. To set a custom date range, tap on the “Choose Date” link.
    • Tap on the “>” (forward arrow) and “<" (back arrow) to navigate through calendar months to the desired starting month for your search parameters. Tap on the corresponding day within that month to set the "Start" day.
    • Tap on the “End” heading to begin setting the “End” date. Once again, use the “>” (forward arrow) and “<" (back arrow) to navigate through calendar months to the desired ending month for your search parameters. Tap on the corresponding day within that month to set the "End" date.
    • Tap on the “Done” button below the calendar area to complete the process of setting a custom date range for your search.
    • Note that a date range is optional. Set one only if you are certain of the time frame in which you made the specific payment.
  6. Tap on the “Type” button to set the type of payment for which you wish to search. Leave the options set to the default—”Any”—if you are unsure of the type of payment. Otherwise, tap on the radio button for “Amenity,” “Due,” “One-Time Charge,” “Event,” or “Household Due” to set the payment type. Tap on the “Done” button when you have made your payment-type selection.
  7. Scroll through the list of search results. Tap on any item to see more information about it. Available information includes all relevant items from among “Receipt Number,” “Date,” “Type,” “Name,” “Household,” “Paid By,” “Payment Method,” and “Total Paid.”
  8. To send yourself a copy of the receipt for an item, tap on the “Resend Receipt” button below the “Payment Details” list.
  9. To close the “Payment Details” window, tap on the “X” at the top right corner of the window.
