  • Made the HOA Start mobile app live for all customers, including both iOS and Android versions.
  • Added the Wallet feature to simplify carrying Member and Household balances and enabling Admins and Members to use them to pay dues invoices.

  • Updated Surveys/Polls so Admins can specify minimum and maximum numbers of options that residents can choose out of a set of checkbox fields.
  • Updated invoicing to add the ability to combine flat late fees with simple or compound interest charges, and to control how and when fees apply.
  • Added “Primary Resident” feature (with automatic application and manual override) to place a Household Member name on Household invoices.
  • Polled QuickBooks for Account Names set to Bank and added them to dropdown menus for selection of how to allocate synced invoices and payments.
