Search for an Individual Message Transmission in Message Center History

Locate specific message transmissions by template subject, message type, and/or a range of dates in which it was sent.

From the short list of “Recent Transmissions” that the “HISTORY” window shows when it first opens:

  1. Click on the “Message Center” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “History” tab.
  3. In the “HISTORY” window that opens, click in the “Search Messages” box near the top of window. Enter all or part of the subject of the message. You also can search for a recipient name and/or e-mail address.
  4. To specify additional search criteria, select a specific type of message from the “Message type:” dropdown menu, which provides the following options:
    • All (default)
    • Amenities
    • Boardroom
    • Committees
    • Digest
    • Dues
    • Email Blast
    • Events
    • Forms
    • Member Registration
    • One-Time Charges
    • Set Password
    • Support Ticket
    • Ticketing
    • Violations
    • Voting/Surveys
    • Wallet
  5. Click in the “Date Range:” box to specify a range of dates within which to search for the Member as part of a message transmission. (For information about how to use the search and date-picker controls, see the “Search Message Center History” topic in these instructions.)
  6. Click on the Search button (magnifying glass) to perform your search.
    • If your list of search results covers more than one page, click on the right arrow above the list to move to a later page, the left arrow for an earlier page, or a page number to go directly to that page.
    • To clear your search terms, click on the “X” button next to the search button.
    • To review the details of the individual Member(s) message reception, locate the desired message-transmission history item in the list. Click on the entry for the message transmission to view the “Selected message” window.

From the overall list of message transmissions:

  1. Click on the “Message Center” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “History” tab.
  3. In the “HISTORY” window that opens, scroll down near the bottom and click on the “view more” link.
  4. In the full-list view of the “HISTORY” window that opens, click in the “Search Messages” box near the top of window. Enter all or part of the name or e-mail address of a Member whose messaging history you want to explore.
  5. In the “HISTORY” window that opens, click in the “Search Messages” box near the top of window. Enter all or part of the subject of the message. You also can search for a recipient name and/or e-mail address.
  6. To specify additional search criteria, select a specific type of message from the “Message type:” dropdown menu, which provides the following options:
    • All (default)
    • Amenities
    • Boardroom
    • Committees
    • Digest
    • Dues
    • Email Blast
    • Events
    • Forms
    • Member Registration
    • One-Time Charges
    • Set Password
    • Support Ticket
    • Ticketing
    • Violations
    • Voting/Surveys
    • Wallet
  7. Click in the “Date Range:” box to specify a range of dates within which to search for the Member as part of a message transmission. (For information about how to use the search and date-picker controls, see the “Search Message Center History” topic in these instructions.)
  8. Click on the Search button (magnifying glass) to perform your search.
    • If your list of search results covers more than one page, click on the right arrow above the list to move to a later page, the left arrow for an earlier page, or a page number to go directly to that page.
    • To clear your search terms, click on the “X” button next to the search button.
    • To review the details of the individual message transmission, locate the desired message-transmission history item in the list. In the “Actions” column, click on the “View” link to open the “Selected message” window.
