Use these search controls on the Message Center History landing page, on the full list of message transmissions accessible via the “view more” link at the bottom of the Message Center History landing page, and on the “Recipients” tab of the “Selected message” window, in which you view the details of an individual message transmission.
- The “Search Messages” box accepts all or part of the name of a message recipient, a message subject, or a recipient e-mail address. Click on the search button (magnifying glass) to perform your search. To clear your search terms, click on the “X” button next to the search button.
- To limit your search to a specific message type, click on the “Message type:” dropdown menu to open it, and select the type from the list of options. Those types include the following:
- All (default)
- Amenities
- Boardroom
- Committees
- Digest
- Dues
- Email Blast
- Events
- Forms
- Member Registration
- One-Time Charges
- Set Password
- Support Ticket
- Ticketing
- Violations
- Voting/Surveys
- Wallet
- To filter the message list by the “Message type:” dropdown menu, click on the search button (magnifying glass) to the right of the main search field. To view messages of all types, click on the clear button (the “X”) to the right of the main search field, or set the “Message type:” dropdown menu to “All” and click on the search button (magnifying glass) to the right of the clear button.
- To filter the message list by a range of transmission dates, click in the “Date Range:” box to set start and end dates in a modal window.
- The “Date Range:” controls open on the “Start” date. To scroll back or forward by months, click on the “<" and ">” arrows to the right of the month and year. To select a specific month, click on the month/year to reveal a set of links to individual months in the currently selected year. To select a different year, click again, this time on the year shown above the set of links to individual months. Click on an individual year to select it and reveal the set of links to individual months in that year. Click on a month to select a date within that month.
- Once you select a specific start date, the “Date Range:” controls switch to the end date. Follow the instructions listed above to select a year/month/date for the end date.
- When you have selected both a start and an end date, the “Set” link at the top right of the “Date Range:” controls window becomes active. Click on it to finish setting your date range.
- To cancel setting a date range, click on the “Cancel” link at the top left of the “Date Range:” controls window.
