Access the sending and reception history of your community’s system-generated e-mail messages, as well as the e-blasts you create yourself through Membership > Members > Message Filtered Members. Review when a message went out and to whom it was sent. See who has and who has not received and opened the message, who has clicked on any of its links or buttons, and which addressees may not have received the message. Resend an individual instance of a message directly from the History window. Search for specific messages and message recipients, and narrow your search by message type or transmission date.
The Message Center History opens with a page that lists a select number of recently sent messages. To view the entire logged message history, scroll down to the bottom of this opening page and click on the “view more” link.
NOTE: The Message Center History feature only lists messages sent since the overall Message Center feature became operational. Messages sent before that time could not be logged.
