Sort the List of Message Transmissions in Message Center History

Sort your Message Center History so the transmission in the order you wish to view them. Note that the sort order remains in effect only until you close or reload the browser window.

  1. Click on the “Message Center” tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the “History” tab.
  3. The “HISTORY” window opens with a window that shows a short list of “Recent Transmissions.” To sort the list, you first must view the list view. Click on the “view more” link near the bottom of the “HISTORY” window to load the list view.
  4. Click on one of the column names above the list of items, or the pair of arrows to the right of one of the column names, to sort the items by the information in that column. By default, the records sort in ascending order. To change the sort to descending order, click on the pair of arrows again. Each time you click on the arrows, the sort order changes. You can identify the sort order by which of a pair of arrows is dark gray. When the information sorts in ascending order, the arrow pointing up is dark, and vice versa. On unsorted columns, both arrows appear in light gray.
    • Sort the listings by any of the following criteria.
      • “Sent to” provides a count of the number of recipients for an individual message transmission.
      • “Subject” shows the message subject, including the coded names of any dynamic fields you have added to the subject line (i.e., the data that replace the dynamic fields are not shown).
      • “When Sent” provides the date and time of the message transmission. Note that the time is listed in the Eastern Time Zone.
      • “Type” lists the kind of message sent.
      • “Status” specifies the delivery status of the message transmission.
      • “Actions” provides access to the “View” link that enables you to review the specifics of the individual transmission.
  5. If your list of search results covers more than one page, click on the right arrow above the list to move to a later page, the left arrow for an earlier page, or a page number to go directly to that page.
