At the bottom of the screen on every window in the mobile app, you’ll find icons that lead to other features and functions.
“Home”
Tap this icon to go back to the Home page of the app.
“Dashboard”
Tap this icon to reach “My Dashboard.” The “My Dashboard” window provides the same information and features as the “Hello, [Your Name]” menu’s “My Dashboard” item on your website or the Member Portal’s “Dashboard” icon in its menu bar. The Dashboard incorporates individual cards that provide information about specific features.
NOTE: Depending on your community’s connectivity plan and settings, you may not see all of the following cards. They may appear in a different order than listed below, or with names that differ from these defaults.
“My Profile” with “Settings” button: Shows profile highlights, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window, and—here on the app—from the “Settings” window’s “”Edit my profile” link.
“My Chats” with “All Conversations” button: Features current chat replies, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window and the chat icon on the public website’s menu bar.
“Amenities” with “View Amenities” button: Shows upcoming reservations, and leads to the same window as the “My Reservations” card on the public website.
“Violations” with “View More” button: Shows current violations that are assigned to you, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Ticketing” with “View More” button: Shows current ticket submissions, and leads to the same content as the “Tickets” card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Forms/Polls” with “View More” button: Provides access to current surveys and votes, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Calendar” with “View More” button: Shows upcoming community events for which you can register, and leads to the same content as the “Events” card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Committees” with “View More” button: Shows your committee assignments, and leads to the same content as the “My Committees” card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Newsfeed” with “View More” button: Features current posts and replies, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Payments” with “View More” button: Shows currently due/late payments, and leads to the same content as the “My Payments” card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Documents” with “View More” button”: Shows recent file uploads, and leads to the same content as the “My Documents” card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Sponsors”: Lists community sponsors, and leads to the same content as the corresponding card on the public website’s “My Dashboard” window.
“Chat”
Tap this icon to reach “My Chats.” The “My Chats” window provides the same information and features as the chat icon at the right end of the menu bar on your website. Note that you will not see this item if your community has disabled the Private Messaging feature.
“Contact”
Tap this icon to reach “Contact.” The “Contact” window enables you to send a message to your community administrators. Some administrators may disable this feature and use a custom form instead.
“Menu”
Tap this icon to reach the “Options Menu.” The “Options Menu” window provides the items listed below.
NOTE: Depending on your community’s connectivity plan and your individual Member status, you may not see all of these items.
Note also that you may hear this icon referred to as a “hamburger menu.” That’s because its icon looks like a stylized hamburger as seen from the side: Dashes above and below for the bun, and a dash in the middle for the burger.
“Switch” link: If you have access to more than one community website, tap this link to access the “Switch Site” window. You can search for a community by name. Each item on the list of community names is a link to switch to viewing it in the app. The site you’re viewing currently is marked “current” at the right end of its listing. To close the “Switch Site” window without changing to view another community site, tap on the “X” at the top right corner of the window or the “Stay on current site” button at the bottom.
“Settings” button: Access the “Settings” window to establish or change settings for your member account..
“[Your Community Name]” button: View your community’s website. When you tap this button, your preferred mobile web browser launches and brings up your community site in a browser window. Note that if you want to access Members-only features of your website, you will need to log in to the website when the window opens in your mobile browser.
“Logout” button: Log out of the app. (Once you close the “Options menu” window, you also can log out from the “[Your Initials]” dropdown menu at the top right of the window.)
To close the “Options Menu” window, tap on the “X” at the top right corner of the window.
